CEDAR CALL DIRECT
Call by local access numbers from 44 Countries (There are two ways to use):
A- Via register your mobile /landline number:
CEDARCALL allows user to call local access number from mobile and landline number with a CEDARCALL account, user can make and recharge CEDARCALL account by service office and agents by cash or bank transfer (CEDARCALL account will be made by service office after sending your profile); then when calling from your phone, your phone number will be recognized by the system and you will hear a message asking you to enter the number you wish to call and then press the #. See example below:

The service is very quick and hassle free. There's even a simple trick that you can use to make the dialing process completely seamless.
All you need to do is edit your international numbers to include the access number at the beginning, followed by a pause. This can be done easily depending on the brand of your mobile:

Press * 3 times until a 'p' appears; If your mobile is E series Nokia, you can input letter 'p' directly |

CEDARCALL allows user to call number from any mobile and landline number with a CEDARCALL Calling Card pin code, user can Buy CEDARCALL Calling Card pin number from service office and agents by cash or bank transfer then when calling from any phone, you will hear a message asking you to enter the pin code, so you can input pin of calling card plus #; if your pin is correct, you will be asked to input the number you wish to call with international code plus #, #. See example below:
